About delege Korus Law Firm

deLege Korus Law Firm was established in 2007 by a legal advisor, dr Krzysztof Korus, after several years of cooperation with renowned law firms and academic work as assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University.

Since the beginning dLK has intensively developed its specialisation in financial services. Joining the team by dr Zbigniew Okoń in 2008 extended dLK’s leading specialisation area with the field of intellectual property law, computer law, unfair competition and advertising law. The consistent development of the aforementioned areas and meticulous care for the best quality of the services provided resulted in dLK’s firm position in providing legal services to the most significant entities in their respective sectors.

The basic values which constitute the foundations of dLK standards include a precise identification of the customer’s goals and professional protection of the customer’s interests. To this end, all the dLK key resources are engaged:

  • knowledge,
  • creativity,
  • experience,
  • ethics rules.

The basic advantage the Customer can take from entrusting its affaires to dLK is legal certainty contributing to development of the Customer’s core business. This approach is particularly significant in the area of innovative business, where ustal unclear legal environment is accompanied by the lack of previously tested legal solutions. Creative and non-selfprotective search for an appropriate legal model is the key factor for efficient legal support in such cases, and it is appreciated by dLK’s Customers, who usually entrust to dLK further demanding projects.

Thanks to dLK’s team considerable experience in the area of international law, and their direct command of the main European languages, the legal services may include elements of the law applicable in the third countries, as well as the Community law.

dLK uses secure means of communication with its customers, including an electronic signature.
